 Changes from kof'2000 to kof'2001

 1. He got his Psychic Powers back! 

 2. His qcb + P is now his Psycho Ball attack and not the flying punch

 3. He got his Heavenly Blast back (qcf X 2 + P) which replaced his
    previous multiple hitting DM

 4. His Divine Dragon Kicks (qcf, hcb + K) DM must be blocked standing for
    the 2nd part as it is an over-head.
    
 5. Like all characters, he can super cancel special.

   Goodness, he can be very cheap if you want to. Unfortunately, there is
 nothing special about him. He is the way he is in kof'98. It's like one
 step forward and another step back.

   Funny, he stopped using his Kung Fu after gaining his Psychic Power Back.
 Let's see if he is the strongest character in kof'2002 since he has the all
 powerful "Dragon Spirit".

          What courses in his veins... is the Dragon's Spirit...'
