 (4) Only his high jump C hits 2 times now. If you do a low jump, his C
     has only 1 punch.

  What have they done to Chin! I think the old man is getting more and
 more senile with every kof, needing a sip of wine to remember his moves. 
 
  I thought it's gonna be a tough battle but after a few hits of his gourd,
 my opponent is dead, did I know they actually increased his damage. He is
 one of the few short characters that managed to squat below Heidern's 
 X-slash fireball and his down C is pretty much anything less than evil.

 (1) Abuse his crouching C, the very worst that happens is you trade blows. Practise
     getting the timing right or else you may miss opponent trying a crossover. It is
     now cancellable so cancel it into a gourd attack.

 (2) Abuse both his standing CD and air CD, it's has alot of piority.

 (3) Drunken Walk Gourd Siege (f + A) is an overhead regardless, so remember to use it
     in close combat. And if you have power, you should link it to a DM for maximum
     damage
