Welcome to my Mike Tyson's Punch-Out FAQ! I have written a FAQ for the
Punch-Out Game on the Wii and thought I'd make one for the Original aswell.
To be honest I'm not an expert on the game but I will try my best to make
it an In-Depth FAQ. Just like in my Punch-Out Wii FAQ I will mostly focus on
Attack Patterns and explainations on the diffent Attacks. I will include a
Basic Strategy for all the Characters but if you're looking for more advanced
Strategies there already is an Exellent FAQ by Brian Sulpher that you should
check out. Also there is a site called RedTom`s Punch-Out Page!
<www.tomspunchout.tk> dedicated to the Game with Strategies, Records and
other stuff related to the Game. It's a bit outdated but is still a great
resource for the game. This FAQ is a work in progress so I will add more
stuff over time. Any help from others are much appreciated. Feel free to post
feedback or if you find errors or stuff I've missed in the FAQ to my
Emailaddress or in the GameFAQs MTPO Forum in which I will have a Topic for
 the FAQ. <http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/525246-mike-tysons-punch-out>
I'm from Sweden so English is not my first language so I'm sorry if there
are misspellings and grammar misstakes in the FAQ. You are welcome to correct
me if you find errors and I will fix them on the next Update.

 Basic Controls
 --------------
This is the Controls for the NES. If you're playing it on Virtual Console
on the Wii or using an Emulator the Controls can be different.

Right Hook (Right Bodyblow) - Press (A)
Left Hook (Left Bodyblow) - Press (B)
Right Jab (Right Facepunch) - Hold Up and Press (A)
Left Jab (Left Facepunch) - Hold Up and Press (B)
Uppercut (Star Punch) - Press (START) when you have a Star
Left Dodge - Press Left on the D-Pad
Right Dodge - Press Right on the D-Pad
Block - Press Down on the D-Pad
Duck - Rapidly Press Down twice on the D-Pad

 Special Actions
 ---------------
 - While you are Knocked Down alternate pressing (A) and (B)
to get up before the 10-count.

 - You can recover Stamina between rounds by pressing (SELECT).
You can only do this One Time per Match.

 - If you hold down (SELECT) and then press (START) to begin a Match or
between Rounds if you haven't been hit, Little Mac starts the Round
with only Half the Stamina Bar filled.

 - Everytime the Opponent gets up on a One Count after a Knockdown, hit him
with an Uppercut before the end of the Round for an Instant Knockdown.

 - The Conditions to make the Opponent get up on a One Count varies from
Boxer to Boxer but in general, if you knock the Opponent down without
taking any damage he gets up on a One Count afterwards.

 Basic Actions
 -------------
Block - Usually Hooks and Jabs can be blocked. The downside is that you
lose hearts and you also take some Damage so you are better off
Dodging or Ducking. There are some Attacks that only can be
Blocked though. Press Down on the D-Pad to Block.

Duck - Most Attacks can be Ducked and it's the Fastest of all Mac's
Defences. The downside is that it can be a bit tricky to time
and pull off. Rapidly Press Down twice on the D-Pad to Duck

Dodge - Most Attacks can be Dodged but some Attacks most be Dodged in the
         correct direction, usually Uppercuts.
Press Left or Right on the D-Pad to Dodge.

Hook - Your regular Bodyblow. Use this when the Opponent has his Guard in
a High Position or after you have evaded or blocked an Attack.
The Left Hook is faster than the Right but deals slightly less
Damage (About 5%). Press (A) or (B) to do the Attack.

Jab - Your regular Face Punch. Use this when the Opponent has his Guard in
a Low Position or after you have evaded or blocked an Attack.
Both the Left and Right Jabs are equally fast as the Right Hook and
deals the same Damage unless the Proper Punch are functional.
Hold Up and press (A) or (B) to do the Attack.

Uppercut - Can also be called Star Punch. The most Powerful Attack in Mac's
arsenal. You need Stars to be able to use Uppercuts. Also the
Damage done varies depending on when you use the Attack. Usually
all Unstunned Punches can give you Stars if you time them
correctly although some punches always gives you Stars on
specific fights. More on that in the different Character Sections.
Press (START) when you have a Star to do an Uppercut.

Punchcombo - Can also be called Stun Combo. After you Block, Duck or Dodge
the opponents Attack, you can immediatly start hitting him with
Jabs or Hooks and on most Attacks he will get stunned after each
hit, meaning he can't move or fight back for a short while. The
first hit in a Punchcombo counts as an Unstunned Punch and deals
the same damage as these. Also while he is stunned it's a good
              time to use your Uppercuts.

Stun Punch - A Punch that Stuns the Opponent. Apart from the first Punch
during a Punchcombo Stun Punches often deals less damage
              compared to Unstunned Punches.

 Advanced Actions
 ----------------
Quick Dodge - Just like the regular Dodge but as soon as you press Left
or Right to Dodge, you press the opposite direction to make
Mac return from the Dodge faster. This saves time and
you can sometimes hit the Opponent with more Punches.

Gutter Punch - A quick Bodyblow that requires some preparations. First Hold
Up to make the Opponent put his Gloves in a High Guard
Position. (The Speed in which the Opponent change his Guard
varies from Boxer to Boxer.) After the Opponent has changed
the Guard, release Up and then Quickly Hook him. If you do
it right, the opponent won't have time to change his Guard
and you will Hit him. Will often give you Stars.

Gutter Punch Combo - A Series off Bodyblows starting with a Gutter Punch.
For the following Punches you can hit him with
                      regular Hooks.

Quick Jab - A quick Face Punch that's done by pressing Up and a Punchbutton
at the same time when the Opponent has his Guard in a Low
Position. This compared to a regular Jab decreases the chance
             of the opponent blocking you.

Stunned Uppercut - An Uppercut done while the Opponent is Stunned.
Usually deals more Damage than Unstunned Uppercuts.

Unstunned Uppercut - An Uppercut done after evading an Attack, to Counter
an Attack or while the Opponent is in Neutral Stance.

Counterpunch - A Punch that's done when the opponent is starting to do an
Attack and leaves himself vurnerable. If you hit him too early
he usually blocks you and if you're too late you'll get hit!
If you do it right it it usually gives you a Star. Many
Attacks can be counterpunched by Both Jabs and Hooks and with
both gloves but some are more specific. Can give you Stars
                if you time them correctly.

Unstunned Punch - Any Punch that isn't done while the Opponent is Stunned.
Will mostly damage the Opponent more than Stunned Punched.
                   Will often give you Stars.

Delayed Punch - Punch done with a slight delay compared to a normal punch.
Usually done after evading an Attack or finishing a Punchcombo
                 with it.

Forced Punch - A Punch intended to force the Opponent to start an Attack
faster or to do a Counter Attack in responce.

Proper Punch - On some fights, hitting the Opponent with an Attack that is on
the same side as the Attack he tries to hit you with, deals
more Damage than if you hit him with an Attack on the Opposite
Side. So if he hits you with a Right Jab your responce should
be to hit him with a Left Jab.

Infinite Combo - A combination of attack that can be repeated for infinity...
or at least until the opponent gets knocked down. There are
only a few fighters that you can do an Infinite Combo on.

Cancel Attack - By punching the opponent just when he's about to do an Attack
(Earlier compared to when you do a Counterpunch) he will
usually Block your Punch and Skip the Attack he was about to
do. Remember that you'll lose Hearts by doing this.

 Miscellaneous
 -------------
Time Attack - Playing the game trying to beat the opponent in the fastest
               possible way.

TKO - Knocking down the Opponent three times in the same Round result in a
T.K.O which means Technical Knock Out.

 Instant KO/KD - Also called One-Hit Knockdowns/Knockouts. Under certain
conditions you can Knock the Opponent Down with a Single
Punch. This varies from Boxer to Boxer.

KO - When you or the Opponent can't get up before the Referee counts to 10,
it's a KO which means Knockout. If you're not using an Instant KO
Technique or TKO the Opponent there will usually be a KO on the 4th or
5th Knockdown but it varies from Boxer to Boxer and also how much
      damage Little Mac has suffered.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

B. ATTACK COUNTERS
------------------
Star Opportunities - At first you need to hit him with 19 Punches and then the
first unstunned punch you hit him with afterwards will
result in a Star. After that you can get Stars from any
Unstunned Punch if you time it correctly. You need to hit
him quite early in the timing window to the Star from
these. Pretty much right when he starts to move his arm
during an Attack. Also after the 20th Hit, you need to
hit him with 8 more punches and then the next Unstunned
Punch gives you a guaranteed Star. Then another 8 punches
for the 3rd guaranteed Star and so on.
                     Here is the Breakdown:
                     1st Guaranteed Star - 20th Hit (Unstunned)
                     2nd Guaranteed Star - 29th Hit (Unstunned)
                     3rd Guaranteed Star - 38th Hit (Unstunned)...
Timing Sensitive Stars - Any Unstunned Hit after the 20th.

Left Jab - If you get hit by this Attack, Glass Joe gets some Stamina Back.
There are Two ways to Counter this.
           1. Duck, Block or Dodge his Attack. Then Punchcombo him 4 times.
You can then follow up with a Jab (Unstunned) that might give
              you a Star.
           2. Counterpunch him with a Left or Right Hook. (Unstunned)
This might give you a Star.

Right Uppercut - There are Three ways to Counter this.
                 1. Dodge or Duck his Attack. Then Punchcombo him 6 times.
You can then follow up with a Jab (Unstunned) that might
                    give you a Star.
                 2. Block the Attack. Then Punchcombo him 4 times.
You can then follow up with a Jab (Unstunned) that might
                    give you a Star.
                 3. Counterpunch him with a Left Jab. (Unstunned)
This might give you a Star.

Vive Le France - Glass Joe moves to the back of the ring and does a Taunt
before he returns to the center of the ring. He then
follows up with a Right Uppercut. He does this around
                 0.40 in Round 1, 0.30 in Round 2 and 0.35 in Round 3.
There are Two ways to Counter this.
                 1. Hook or Jab him when he has just returned from his Taunt
for an Instant Knockdown/KO. You need to hit him as early
as possible in the timing window for an Instant KO or he'll
get up at a One Count and it's just an Instant Knockdown.
                 2. Use an Uppercut right when he starts moving forward
for an Instant Knockdown/KO. I wouldn't recomend this
as it's better to save the Star for when he gets up.

Passive Mode - From the start of the Match until he does the Vive Le France
Taunt, he is in Passive Mode in which he doesn't do any
Attacks. Glass Joe changes his Guard Stance depending on your
own Guard Postion and which Attacks you hit him with. He starts
with a Low Guard so you can start by hitting him with three
Unstunned Jabs in succession. Then you need to pause for a about
1/4 of a sec until you hit him again or he'll block your Attack.
If you are holding Up during this Pause he'll change his Guard
to a High Position and you need to hit him with three Unstunned
Hooks in Succession. If you in the other hand releases the
D-Pad so you remain in a Netral Position during the Pause, he
will stay in a Low Guard, so you can hit him with another
three Jabs before you need to pause again. Repeat the procedure
until the clock hits 0.40 and it's time for the Vive Le France
Taunt. If you are quick you can get up to 20 hits on him before
that. Also if you hit him with Hooks use only Lefts as they are
               slightly faster than rights.

Guard Stance - In between his Attacks he stands in a either a Low or High
Guard Position. Low Guard is the most Common. Just like during
Passive Mode he can change the position depending on your own
               guard stance.
               1. High Guard - Punch him with a Hook. (Unstunned)
This might give you a Star if you time it
correctly and the conditions are met.
Preferably try to hit him with a Gutter Punch
as there is less likely he'll block you
                               compared to a regular Hook.
               2. Low Guard - Punch him with a Jab. (Unstunned)
This might give you a Star if you time it
correctly and the conditions are met.
Preferably try to hit him with a Quick Jab
as there is less likely he'll block you
                              compared to a regular Jab.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

C. INSTANT KNOCKDOWNS/KNOCKOUTS
-------------------------------
These are ways you can knock the Opponent Down or ever KO him with one Punch.
These are also known as One-Hit Knockdowns/Knockouts (OHKD/OHKO)

1. Hook or Jab Glass Joe when he has just returned from his Vive Le France
Taunt for an Instant Knockdown/KO. You need to hit him as early as
possible in the timing window for the Instant KO or he'll get up at
a One Count and it's just an Instant Knockdown.

2. After Glass Joe has been knocked down and he gets up on a One Count,
hit him with an Uppercut before the end of the Round for an Instant
   Knockdown.

KO. If you're not using an Instant KO Technique or TKO him he will go down
for good on the 5th Knockdown.

One-Count - Here are the conditions for the opponent to get up on a One-Count.
            1. Knock him down without taking any damage during the Fight.
(Only works for the first and Second Knockdown.)
            2. After Glass Joe has been knocked down twice, Knock him down
with an Uppercut. (So the Uppercut depleats the last Stamina.)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

D. BATTLE STRATEGY
------------------

Phase 1 - During Passive Mode, hit him with sets of three starting with 3 Jabs.
Check the Attack Patterns Section for more info. You can hit him with
up to 20 punches before 0.40 where he does the Vive Le France Taunt.
Counter the Taunt for an Instant Knockdown/KO.

Phase 2 - If Glass Joe gets up, he starts with a Right Uppercut. Dodge it
and punchcombo him 6 times. then follow up with an Unstunned Jab,
which should give you a Star. Use the Star for another Instant
Knockdown. (If you haven't been hit in the Fight)

Phase 3 - When he gets up, continue to dodge and counter his Attacks or use
unstunned punches on him. When you get a Star, Use it for the TKO.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

E. ATTACK PATTERNS
------------------

             Left Jab - LJ
       Right Uppercut - RU
Vive Le France Taunt - T

Passive Mode (Start of Match until 0.40 in Round 1)
------------
[Passive Mode] --> [Vive Le France] --> Attack Phase

Vive Le France
--------------
1. He does the 1st Vive Le France Taunt around 0.40 in Round 1.
2. He does the 2nd Vive Le France Taunt around 0.30 in Round 2.
3. He does the 3rd Vive Le France Taunt around 0.35 in Round 3.
4. After he has done the Vive Le France Taunt and the Right Uppercut that
   follows, the Attack Patterns resets.

Attack Phase
------------
1. After either Little Mac or Glass Joe gets knocked Down and at the
start of Round 2 and 3 the Attack Pattern resets.
2. He always does a combination of Attacks in Sets of Three. Which Set he
uses is random but in Round 1 and before you knock him down the first time,
he mostly use set (a). In Round 2 and 3 and after the first Knockdown
he mostly use set (b) or (c).

4. At the Start of a Round and after either You or Glass Joe gets knocked

B. ATTACK COUNTERS
------------------
Star Opportunities - At first you need to hit him with 7 Punches and then the
first unstunned punch you hit him with afterwards will
result in a Star. After that you can get Stars from any
Unstunned Punch if you time it correctly. For
Counterpunches You need to hit him quite early in the
timing window to the Star from these. Pretty much right
when he starts to move his arm during an Attack. Also
after the 8th hit, every other Punch is a guaranteed Star.
                     Here is the Breakdown:
                     1st Guaranteed Star - 8th Hit (Unstunned)
                     2nd Guaranteed Star - 10th Hit (Unstunned)
                     3rd Guaranteed Star - 12th Hit (Unstunned)...
Timing Sensitive Stars - Any Unstunned Hit after the 8th.

Left Jab - Von Kaiser Shakes his Head right before he does this Attack.
There are Five ways to Counter this.
           1. Duck, Block or Dodge his Attack. Then Punchcombo him with Jabs
5 times. Then depending on Von Kaisers Guard Position you can
hit him with up to two unstunned Punches.
Low Guard - Hit him with a Jab and then a Hook. (Unstunned)
Instead of a Hook you can hit him with another Jab
but then it's a greater chance that he will Block
                          or Dodge the Attack.
High Guard - Hit him with a Hook and then a Jab. (Unstunned)
Instead of a Jab you can hit him with another Hook
but then it's a greater chance that he will Block
                           the Attack.
           2. Duck, Block or Dodge his Attack. Then Punchcombo him using
only alternating Left and Right Jabs or Hooks. As long as you
alternate the punches you can punchcombo him until you knock
              him down. [Infinite Combo]
           3. Duck, Block or Dodge his Attack. Then Jab him atleast once to
Stun him. Follow up with an Uppercut for an Instant Knockdown.
           4. Duck, Block or Dodge his Attack. Then hit him with a Delayed
Punch. (Unstunned) Which attack you need to hit him with
              depends on his Guard Position.
Low Guard - Hit him with a Delayed Jab right when he pulls his
Left Glove back. You need to hit him as late as
possible in the Timing Window to get a Star. You
can follow up with another Jab but he might Block
                          or Dodge that One.
High Guard - Hit him with a Delayed Hook right when he pulls
his Left Glove back. You need to hit him as late
as possible in the Timing Window to get a Star.
You can follow up with another Hook but he might
                           Block that One.
           5. Counterpunch him with a Left or Right Hook (Unstunned)
right when he shakes his head. Then depending on Von Kaisers
Guard Position you can hit him with another unstunned Punch.
Low Guard - Follow up with a Jab. (Unstunned)
High Guard - Follow up with a Hook. (Unstunned)

Right Uppercut - Von Kaiser Crouches down to the right to prepare the Attack.
There are Four ways to Counter this.
                 1. Dodge or Duck his Attack. Then Punchcombo him 6 times
with Jabs or Hooks. Unless he follows up with another
Right Uppercut, you can then hit him with a Jab and then
a Hook. (Unstunned) The first punch always gives you a
Star if the conditions are met.
                 2. Dodge or Duck his Attack. Then Punchcombo him using only
alternating Left and Right Jabs. As long as you
alternate the punches you can punchcombo him until you
                    knock him down.
                 3. Dodge or Duck his Attack. Then Hook or Jab him atleast
once to Stun him. Follow up with an Uppercut for an
                    Instant Knockdown.
                 4. Counterpunch him with a Left or Right Hook. (Unstunned)
Unless he follows up with another Right Uppercut, you
can then hit him with a Jab. (Unstunned) This Punch
                    always gives you a Star.

Dodge - Von Kaiser does this sometimes instead of a High Block when you try
to hit him with a Jab. He crouches down to either the Left or Right
Side depending on which Glove you hit him with.
        1. If he dodges your Left Jab, he dodges to the Left (Your Right).
Hit him with a Right Hook (Unstunned).
        2. If he dodges your Right Jab, he dodges to the Right (Your Left).
Hit him with a Left Hook (Unstunned).

Guard Stance - At the Start of a Round and after either You or Von Kaiser
gets knocked down he Starts with a Low Guard Stance. Also
in between his Attacks he stands in a either a Low or High
Guard Position. He will change the position depending on your
own guard stance and which Attacks you hit him with. If you
hold Up between Attacks he might change his stance but since
the pause between the Attacks are quite short, he will most
likely don't change. He starts in a Low Guard and this is the
Stance he is in most of the Time. Compared to Glass Joe there
is shorter time between Attack so there isn't much use in
hitting him between Attacks, but you still can. Also while he
is in a High Guard Position he Attacks you with even shorter
intervalls compared to the Low Guard.
               1. High Guard - Punch him with a Hook. (Unstunned)
Preferably try to hit him with a Gutter Punch as there is
less likely he'll block you compared to a regular Hook.
               2. Low Guard - Punch him with a Jab. (Unstunned)
Preferably try to hit him with a Quick Jab as there is less
likely he'll block you compared to a regular Jab.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

C. INSTANT KNOCKDOWNS/KNOCKOUTS
-------------------------------
These are ways you can knock the Opponent Down or ever KO him with one Punch.
These are also known as One-Hit Knockdowns/Knockouts (OHKD/OHKO)

1. After Von Kaiser has been knocked down and he gets up on a One Count,
hit him with an Uppercut before the end of the Round for an Instant
   Knockdown.

2. While Von Kaiser is Stunned, (Evade and Counter any of his Attacks.)
hit him with an Uppercut for an Instant Knockdown.

3. After Von Kaiser has been knocked down twice, any Instant Knockdown
Technique will result in a KO.

4. After Von Kaiser has been knocked down twice, knock him down with an
Uppercut for a KO. (So the Uppercut depleats the last Stamina.)

KO. If you're not using an Instant KO Technique or TKO him he will go down
for good on the 4th or the 5th Knockdown.

One-Count - Here are the conditions for the opponent to get up on a One-Count.
            1. Knock him down without taking any damage during the Fight.
(Only works for the first Knockdown.)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

D. BATTLE STRATEGY
------------------

Phase 1 - Start by holding Up and a Punchbutton to hit him with a Jab. Dodge
the first Left Jab and follow up with a 5-Hit Jabcombo. Continue to
hit him with another 2 Jabs. The second will give you a Star as it's
the 8th hit and the conditions to getting Stars are met. Dodge the
next Left Jab, Jab him Once and use the Uppercut to knock him down.

Phase 2 - When he gets up he starts with two Right Uppercuts. Counter both
with Hooks when he crouches down and follow up the second one with
a Jab and immediatly use an Uppercut for the second Knockdown.
(If you haven't been hit in the Match.)

Phase 3 - You should have One Star left so when he gets up, dodge the Right
Uppercut and follow up with an Uppercut for the TKO.

B. ATTACK COUNTERS
------------------
Star Opportunities - All Unstunned Punches gives you a Star right from the
                     Start. (100%)

Left Jab - There are Three ways to Counter this.
           1. Block, Duck or Dodge the Attack. Then Punchcombo him with 2 Jabs.
           2. Counterpunch him with a Hook when his eyebrows twitches for
              a Star. (100%)
           3. Counterpunch him with a Jab about 1/2 a sec after his eyebrows
starts twitching, right when he's about to throw the Punch
              for a Star. (100%)
*Note* You can Counter both his Left Jabs in a short time to save time:
              1. Punchcombo or Counterpunch him when he does the 1st Left Jab.
              2. Wait for a fraction of a sec (about 1/5 of a sec) before you
hit him with another Punch. If you time it right he won't
Block you and you should get two Star within a second.

Right Hook - There are Two ways to Counter this.
             1. Duck or Dodge the Attack. Then Punchcombo him with Hooks or
Jabs 5 Times. (You can Block the Attack but then you can't
                hit him afterwards.)
             2. Counterpunch him with a Left Jab for a Star. (100%)

Right Uppercut - There is One way to Counter this.
                 1. Duck or Dodge the Attack. Then Punchcombo him with Hooks
                    or Jabs 11 times.

Bonzai Attack - Piston Hondo's Signature Move. He does some steps to the Right,
then to the Left before centering himself and Attacking you
with 5 alternating Left and Right Jabs. He then finish
with a Right Uppercut. For every Jab you get hit from, he
does another Jab. There are Two ways to Counter this.
                1. Counter him with a Jab, Hook or an Uppercut when he
centers himself for an Instant Knockdown.
                2. Block the Jabs and evade the Right Uppercut. Then
Punchcombo him with Hooks or Jabs 11 times.
(You can hold Block before the first Jab but as soon as it
hits you must release the D-Pad and then quickly Block
again before the next Jab Hits You.)

Guard Stance - At the start of a Round and after a Knockdown he will stand
passive for a couple of seconds in either a Low or High Guard
depending on your own Guard Stance. Unlike previous Boxers,
he can change his position rather quickly, so if you hold Up
he will almost immediatly change his Stance to a High Position
giving you a chance to Gutter Punch him. In fact you can hit
him with a 3-Hit Gutter Punch Combo. In between his Attack he
also stands in a Guard Position but you never know how long
time he pauses before the next Attack. If the Pause is long
enough you might have time to hit him.
               1. High Guard - Punch him with a Hook for a Star. (100%)
Preferably Hold Up to put him in a High Guard
Position. Then hit him with a Gutter
Punch or a 3-Hit Gutter Punch Combo and if you
time it right he won't Block You.
               2. Low Guard - Punch him with a Jab for a Star. (100%)
Preferably try to hit him with a Quick Jab
as there is less likely he'll block you
                              compared to a regular Jab.
*Note* Make a habit of Holding Up at the start of the fight, after
every Knockdown and at the start of a new Round and hit
him with the 3-Hit Gutter Punch Combo. Once you get the
timing down you will get 3 Stars easily everytime from this.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

C. INSTANT KNOCKDOWNS/KNOCKOUTS
-------------------------------
These are ways you can knock the Opponent Down or ever KO him with one Punch.
These are also known as One-Hit Knockdowns/Knockouts (OHKD/OHKO)

1. During his Hondo Rush hit him with a Jab, Hook or an Uppercut just when
he's about to center himself after the quicksteps for an Instant Knockdown.

2. After Piston Honda has been knocked down and he gets up on a One Count,
hit him with an Uppercut before the end of the Round for an Instant
   Knockdown.

KO. If you're not using an Instant KO Technique or TKO him he will go down
for good on the 4th or the 5th Knockdown.

One-Count - Here are the conditions for the opponent to get up on a One-Count.
            1. Knock him down without taking any damage during the Fight.
(Only works for the first Knockdown.)
            2. After Piston Honda has been knocked down twice, Knock him down
               with an Unstunned Uppercut.
(So the Uppercut depleats the last Stamina.)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

D. BATTLE STRATEGY
------------------
Here is an easy Strategy that TKO's Piston Honda under a minute before he
does the Bonzai Attack. It's far from the fastest Strategy but it's fairly
easy to pull off and it works 100% if you do it right.

Phase 1 - Start by Holding Up at the Start of the fight to raise Piston
Honda's Guard. Then release Up and quickly hit him with a 3-Hit
Gutter Punch Combo for three Stars. Immediately use two Uppercuts
one after another. (This Counters both his Left Jabs) Then he does a
Right Hook so Counter that with a Left Jab for another Star. After
that he might do either another Right Hook or Right Uppercut. It
doesn't matter which. Just Dodge the Attack, hit him once to stun
him and use an Uppercut. Dodge the next Attack and punchcombo him
1-4 times until he has just enough Stamina left so one Uppercut
knocks him down. Use the Uppercut to Knock him down.

Phase 2 - If you knocked him down without taking any damage he will get up on
One. Hold Up when he gets Up and then release Up and quickly hit him
with a Gutter Punch and then use the Uppercut to Knock him Down.

Phase 3 - Hold Up and then hit him with another 3-Hit Gutter Punchcombo.
Use two Uppercuts right away. Dodge the following Right Hook. Hit
him once and then use the final Uppercut for the TKO.

Bonzai Attack
-------------
1. In Round 1 he does the Bonzai Attack around 1.00 and 2.40.
2. In Round 2 he does the Bonzai Attack around 0.40 and 2.20.
3. In Round 3 he does the Bonzai Attack around 0.20 and 2.30.
Also if you Counter the 2.30 Attack in Round 3 he does another at 2.40.
4. After the Bonzai Attack the Attack Pattern Resets.

1. You can never know which and how many Attacks Piston Honda does, But
he always comes back to the [LJ-LJ-RH] Combo.
2. If Little Mac gets tired (All Hearts Lost) , Piston Honda does three
Right Hooks and then continues with Hooks until you recover.
3. After You or Piston Honda gets knocked down the Attack Pattern Resets.
