Kart Fighter
Review by CJamesVoss
"I look upon this game and think Super Smash Brothers 15 years ago."
Since a wee little boy, video games had a big affect on my personality. I bought Super Smash Brothers April 27 and I play it as much as a dog urns to unpurify the soil near a tree. I finally took a break, but found myself a new cross-character fighting game, Kart Fight. Now it is my N64 collecting dust while I sit in my room beating up Mario on an hourly basis.
Kart Fight is the game to play if you want to have SSB while preserving the lost enjoyment of Atari and NES. You get to chose out of eight characters: Mario, Luigi, Toad, Yoshi, Peach, Bowser, Nukonuko (Koopa), and Donkey Kong. Each character does have their own special moves. Cosidering the nature of the game, there are different strategies for each character needed to take on the toughest of enemies. From how long I played, 1P mode is infinite. It really catches my eye as one of the few game proven to be ahead of its time.
The control is simple, considering only two buttons. The graphics, well, this is pure NES right here. There havent been any recent new age discoveries in this categorey lately, especially when talking about an 8-bit, discontinued console system that's almost been forgotten about. The fun factor of this game gets 10/10. I haven't stopped playing it.
Overall, if you found this game being sold at a garage sale for 15.00, it's worth it.
