Once you get a game over, wait for the title screen to appear and quickly press Down 3 times, Left 3 times, Up 3 times, A 3 times, B 3 times and Select. Wait for the gameplay demo to start and end, and once you are on the title screen again, quickly press Down 5 times, Left 5 times, Up 5 times, A 3 times and B 3 times. Wait for the gameplay demo to start and end yet again, and once you are on the title screen, quickly press A 3 times, B 3 times, Down, Select and Start. If done right, you'll continue on the last level you played. This has to be the most unnecessarily hard continue code ever.
