At the game mode screen, highlight "All Right?" and hold the following buttons:

Start On The 2nd Quest Hold A on controller 2, then hold B on controller 1.

Increase Units
At the game mode screen, highlight "All Right?", hold Select, Start & Down and press B. Now, when you buy units, they will be worth 20 instead of 1.

Max Money
When you recruit a commander, you get the chance to change his name. Press Down or Up the following number of times to change it to a specific Japanese name. After doing so, create your first fleet and you'll have $99,999. You can only enter 1 name per commander, so enter all 3 names to have 3 commanders with $99,999.

See The Ending
During the intro, hold A + B + Select + Top-Right and press Start to watch the Alliance ending. However, also during the intro, if you wait for the huge red ship to appear and do the same code, you'll see the Bacterion ending instead.

Infinite Warps
After using a warp, instead of choosing "next", choose "End" and when the "Side Change" message comes up, press B to say no. Now you'll be able to use the warp again.
