"An amazing-fast-action packed game!"

Way back in 1988, Rare made one of the greatest games on the NES, Cobra Triangle! Cobra Triangle is a boat / racing / shooting game with strategy. The game is just simply fun. As you progress through the game, you'll have to collect power-ups; that lets you choose your upgrade of choice. You can upgrade just about everything on your boat! Speed, Fire power, Turbo, etc. You can even get Missiles! I don't want to spoil the whole game. But the game has multiple ways to get too, or skip certain levels. The music goes along with the game also. I love Cobra Triangle, and I wonder why Rare hasn't made a sequel yet! Cobra Triangle has some nice bosses and sub-levels also. You do have lives and continues in the game, though; So you'll have to earn your way to continue through the game. Your boat travels at crazy speeds, when you level up. The game looks very good for a NES game. Just play the game for yourself and you'll see. Very few games get a 10 out 10 from me!

Graphics: 9/10
The graphics are amazing for a NES title. The game also shows of amazing looking bosses and detailed levels. Everything pretty much looks good. The other boats have nice detail too. And it really shows off what the NES has to show, graphically wise.

Controls: 10/10
The controls are nicely placed, easy to use, and easy to get use too. With only 4 buttons, SELECT, START, A, and B, the buttons are easy as cutting cake! The controls are very responsive also.

Gameplay: 10/10
Gameplay at it's best. On the NES of course. Don't let the NES fool you though, Cobra Triangle is a very nice fast game! It'll blow your mind just to experience the fast then, suddenly slow, then suddenly fast speeds of the game. The game NEVER slows down! The game is very smooth.

Fun Factor: 10/10
The game is very, very, very fun. And the graphics are nice, as well as the detail levels are. The game makes you think a little on certain levels. And when you're going really fast, your boat will skip a little off the water, in which, I found this very creative! Rare really out did themselves when they made this game with solid gameplay. But don't get me wrong, I'm a nice guy and a true gamer like all of you reading this. But Cobra Triangle does get hard and harder as you progress through the game! And you do have continues, but you can find lives throughout the game. So try to get your hands on this awesome game by Rare!
