    ===================================DISCLAIMER==================================
    I have decided not to allow websites other than Gamefaqs (www.gamefaqs.com),
    IGN (faqs.ign.com) & Gamespot (www.gamespot.com) to host my FAQs from now on.
    Please don't ask, because I will not grant permission. It's just that too many
    sites don't keep their version of my FAQ up to date which makes for a lot of
    hassle in my mailbox.
    So if anyone sees this FAQ on any site other than those mentioned above, please
    let me know and I will take care of the situation, thanks.

    Just to make things crystal clear for some people, this FAQ is not to appear
    anywhere at the following URLs:

                               Bricklayer J. Gastronomy

    This is a really basic game that I'm sure most people have played before in
    some other form, I know it as concentration but I'm sure it goes by other names
    as well.

    Basically cards are arranged face down and each player takes a turn at flipping
    two cards. If they match that player receives some points and gets to select
    two more cards. If they don't match then that player's turn is over and the
    other player gets a turn.

    It's a pretty simple idea and it's totally memory work, but I wouldn't expect
    anything taxing for a children's game.

    =====
    Setup
    =====

    Once you choose how many people [human/CPU] are playing and what their names
    are, you get to choose what level you want to play on.

    Level 1 has 12 boxes with 6 matches.
    Level 2 has 16 boxes with 8 matches.
    Level 3 has 20 boxes with 10 matches.

    Once you've made all of the above selections the game begins.

    =======
    Scoring
    =======

    You get varying amounts of points for each match as follows:

     1st Match - 500 Points
     2nd Match - 400 Points
     3rd Match - 350 Points
     4th Match - 300 Points
     5th Match - 250 Points
     6th Match - 200 Points
     7th Match - 175 Points
     8th Match - 150 Points
     9th Match - 125 Points
    10th Match - 100 Points

    Players keep trying for successful matches until they fail, then the other
    player takes a turn. The round ends once all matches have been uncovered, and
    the game lasts for three rounds. The player with the highest score after the
    third round wins the game.

    ========
    Gameplay
    ========

    Considering this is a game of luck, I can't really help you that much because
    the layouts for each game are completely random.

    However these are the items that you will be attempting to match:

    Airplane
    Bird
    Bowling Pins & Bowling Ball
    Bubble-Blower
    Bus
    Camera (Blue)
    Camera (Pink)
    Carriage
    Cassette Tape
    Cash Register
    Drum
    Fire Truck
    Golf Cart
    Hamburger
    Humpty Dumpty
    Horse
    Kettle
    Minigolf
    Mixer
    Music Player
    People
    Popping Lawnmower
    Record Player
    Ring Stack
    Roller-skate
    Sunglasses
    Table
    Telephone
    Xylophone

    Since the game is all about memory work, it helps if you can remember which
    boxes had which items on them. Of course this is easier said than done, but
    some people use systems to help them remember.

    Things like creating acronyms or sentences with the first letter of each item
    for example. Another example would be associating the items with colours
    instead of their individual pictures. Of course the order that you choose
    cards in might help you to remember them better, basically use whatever you
    strategy you find works best for you.

    Other than that, the more you play a game like this the better you will become
    at remembering where everything is.

    For a little while now I've had a paypal link in all my FAQs at the very bottom
    here. Mainly as a small experiment since a few other FAQ authors have also had
    the same idea.

    I had a few people email me before I put this link in because they wanted to
    send money, so it's here for those people.

    For the record I've received about $87 (which works out to a bit more in
    Canadian lol) last I checked, so I've been getting cases of pop and making some
    excellent progress on a few FAQs.

    If you don't want to send money or can't then send me an email, it's nice to
    hear what people thought about my work and there's always room for improvement.

    My email address is fecalord (AT) gmail (DOT) com, and the paypal address is
    listed below.

    For those that want to contribute, you can use paypal at the following address:

    Many thanks, and I hope you continue to use my work!
