What does "Golden Arm and Leg" do? (In the Unseeing Eye Quest Area)

So when you get the key from the "bouncer" I guess I will call him, and then you can enter the locked door to where all of the old followers of the unseeing eye are. Well in this room you unearth a Lich after banging on his tomb a little, well once you kill this Lich you can go back and mess with his krypt again. Inside is a little set of Golden Arms and Legs... What is this for?

thanks!

That's one of the parts you need to revive Kangaxx the lich. You'll find another tomb in the basement of a house in the bridge district. There you'll fight another lich and get the golden torso.

Bring those two items to the docks district and enter the buildning next to Mae'vars guild. In the basement you'll find another tomb. Click it and Kanxaxx will appear. Be prepared for a tough fight ^^
