Create Lakes, Ponds, and Streams
Enter the cheat menu (ctrl. + shift + c) and type in water_tool. You can now create your own lakes, ponds, streams, etc.

Move All Objects
In order to be able to move any object, open up the cheat menu (Ctrl + Shift + C) and type in move_objects on You can now move any object, including mailboxes and trashcans!
Slow Down (or Stop) the Decreasing of Sims' Needs
On the bar on the bottom of the screen, there are the Sim's faces. If you watch their needs when you rapidly click their faces, the needs wont decrease that much. The little red arrow that indicates that the Sim needs that need more will come quickly then leave right away. This works effectively but you cant really do anything while your clicking.
