Where can I find rings of Gordan and/or HOZ?

how many high runes is a ring of gordan?
how many high runes is a HOZ?

if you mean stones of jordan then MF nightmare andariel.
HOZ i think Diablo and baal is best.
if you do it for quest you get much better chancee of drops.
