Tf2 doesn't require much to play, you should be A-ok with your cpu.

type in Team Fortress 2 on the product line it should tell u alot
Tf2 really doesn't need good comp specs to play with. Judging from your specs, it can run Tf2 decently.
If you are on Steam, I could send you an invitation for a free 3 day trial without spending anything. You could then see if the game runs how you like and buy it after if your computer is okay. It's actually the best way to know for sure.
We just need the exact video card model to give you the most accurate answer. in my opinion you will be able to run this fine but don't expect to be able to play this at high settings. Most likely low/medium at 30-50 constant fps.
Yes, you should be able to.
A video card with 256 megs of VRAM can't be all that good.
I suggest upgrading your video card before attempting to run TF2, although your processor can keep up with it, but only just.
TF2 needs alot of RAM, at least 3GB because of the map sizes.
You should just get the game and see, cuz its free to play now :)
