Neocron provides online role-playing gameplay without the quaint little elves, helpless characters in battle, and aimless wandering you can find in many other games in the genre. Similar to a first-person shooter, Neocron provides a range of varied weaponry and direct battles. While there's a cease-fire in the city, you can set out to the expansive wastelands to hunt monsters and mutants. When you participate in deathmatches, you won't damage your characters and their skills and values. You can even establish a clan and communicate with its members through board and messaging systems, or trade materials, weapons, and real estate to become a commercial tycoon.
