Real War
Review by Master Vube
"An average War Game but a little more"
I see no reviews for this game are here. So here I am!
First I would like to say I really liked this game. And it isn't average, to much. So see why and enjoy my review!
Enoyability 8/10
For some odd reason I liked this better then the average war game. Can't point it out. I guess cause they actually gave you time to set up base before attacking with barrage. Then it isn't just like snap, and you beat the enemy. It actually has challenge and strategy. Like trying to get into the enemy base without getting killed by radars machines! Or get to the battleship! Or even more! It can be hard, but not always. Like some basses it's obvious. Masters will always know.
Difficulty 8/10
This game did have some hard parts. So it is a little harder. But it is easier to make base. They give you time. And I like that. :) Also there is a limit in units you make. But... you get money for free with suplly depots.
Controls 7/10
It might be a little hard to figure the ''Hot keys'' but other wise it's just the mouse. But if you can figure out the hot keys then great job!
Story 5/10
The thing is...this is the regular war game, basically. Go on missions, Skirmish, etc. So nothing new. But then the missions aren't the same but are in a way.
Gameplay 7/10
This is like a war game, but it is something else with Land, Sea, air. The buildings and fighting units are very unique. Like Scuba guy, Anti Air, Carrier. Also they allow online play. And in Skirmish there are a lot of different settings to change.
Audio 9/10
I really enjoyed the battle music and fire sounds. Just actually, though, like other War games. But I like that very much.
Video 9/10
Now the bright spot. The graphs. are real good. And you can tell objects apart. Plus the mission briefings are cool. :)
Replay 8/10
I don't see much point in playing the Missions over. But all I got this game for was SKIRMISH! I love it! So I think I could sit here all day and play it! Also online. So you will probably keep this game for a year and a half.
Buy, Rent, Steal, Borrow, Kill
I would say to Rent for the missions. And if you like then buy it! But I recommend this game with any case. So peace out!
