"Blue Shift RULES"
I know some of you people out there this Blue Shift is BS but your so wrong. This game is a lot shorter true and could have more weapons but think about it if you were a Security
guard you would get nothing to defend yourself with anyway except your pistol.Black Mesa never looked better.
Its Half-Life the animation is always good. The blood even makes you sick the first time you play it. The aliens are the best 3-D effects ever on a game. Also people look very real.
The sound is great it even warns you if something is around the corner but shut the music off it is just as bad as the other Half-Life CD music.
I played the other Half-Life games and was kind of thinking how it could be worth $30 when it was only 25 levels. It was suppose to be the sequel to the PS2 version of Half-Life but Sierra didn't release it for PS2 because Half-Life didn't become as popular as it did on the PC. When I first started the game I though I would have other security guards helping me or fellow military personal
like in ''Half-Life'' and ''Half-Life:Opposing Force''. Not this time around its just you and the scientist fighting for survival in Black Mesa. The Weapons and the Characters of
''Half-Life'' ''Half-Life:Opposing Force'' and ''Half-Life:Blue Shift'' get an upgrade when you install the new High Definition Pack you get when you buy ''Blue Shift''.You also see a glimpse at the Half-Life hero as he is sailing by on the tram.
Same as before the controls are the best except a glitch in the game which is the flashlight won't turn on or off.Other things that are good about the controls are you can change them to suit your needs.
Replay: Same as the other ''Half-Life'' games you can't play it just once. You can also see so stuff you didn't really look at the first time through. Even the little things are worth seeing a 2nd or 3rd time around.
Buy or Borrow: Buy if your a True die Hard Half-Life fan. Borrow if you don't think its that good.
It will be one of my personal favorites.Every bit of Blue Shift is worthy of the Half-Life legacy.
