### "Comes free with a PC? Or does a PC come free with Minesweeper?"

Hardly anything that is good comes free these days. What does come free is usually something bad, Like for example, Minesweeper. Anyone who has a decent computer can play Minesweeper, You basically have to go to START then Programs then to Accessories and finally Games and thats where you choose to play Minesweeper. Minesweeper itself is a quite boring game, and should only be played when your waiting for a ICQ message or waiting for a distant rerelative coming round who is bond to be late.

The game is played like this : You have a certain ammount of squares on a grid. You move your mouse over any block you want and click on a square, The squarewill either be replaced by a number, or a horrible black mine. You are supposed to get a number. If you get a number 1, it means that there is one mine in the Eight squares around it. The same happens if you get a number 2,3,4 and so on.

If you get a mine, it is game over. How do you determain mines? Well basically at the top of the grid is a number on the left side, this shows that there is a certain number of mines left on the grid. To know where a grid is, you need to think logic. When you get a certain number, it means that there is [Insert that certain number here] in the eight squares around it.

When loading a Minesweeper game for the first time, You will have a eight squares by eight square grid. Also, there is ten mines for you to remove by avoiding. If you get board, which you will of the small grid, you can easily change the grid to either of the following : Beginner, Intermidiate or Expert, the grid and the number of mines will increase. If none of them suit your tastes, why not make your very own grid? You can make them for a friend by making loads of mines in such a small or large grid, or make a easy run for yourself by having ten mines in a massive grid. The Possibility for fun is endless in Minesweeper.
