Question from Wiiman25
Where can i get coal?
Ive been digging around in about 3 different mountains still cant find any

Keep searching, you should find some eventually.
But, if you can't find coal, you can always make charcoal, which is pretty much the same thing.
Build a furnace and smelt wood (directly from tree, not planks) in it.

Try making a staircase into the ground. I get loads of coal that way. If you need torches, burn a log in a furnace to get charcoal. This is used in the same way as coal.
Stop digging around. Look for a cavern in a mountain and go inside. About half the time, there will be coal just sitting there.
Coal is found mostly on the top layers of the "Minecraft Earth". What I did is (ACCIDENTALY) have a creeper explode in my face and reveal some rock. I started mining that rock and found rocks with black spots. Thats coal. You might have found coal right in front of your face but it could be too dark for you to see it.
