Ice wraith head glitched effects?

Ihad experiencing a glitch effects with my character. Its an ice wraith HEAD underneath my feet with its breeze effects and follows me along wherever i go (that was very distracting). How to deal with this sort of bug/glitch etc?

They are pretty glitchy, I suggest using the unofficial patch which cleans up bugs that Bethesda won't bother/have time fixing. Otherwise, you could open up the console and press the head then write the command "disable". Remember to save first, in case you mess up :).
