Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition

I cannot see anything, but I can still blind navigate menus and hear that I am, anyone that can help?

I changed the resolution in-game and it turned everything black, couldn't see a thing and I accidently accepted it this way, so now I am stuck with the game completely black and no-way to fix it.
I tried DSfix and uninstalling/reinstalling.
I have no idea what to do at this point.
IT was playing just fine until I changed the resolution.

Try blind navigating and turn off AA and anti blur. did the job for me.
