"Incredible! Maxis have done it again!"

Simply awesome. Gives the first Sims a real big problem! The all new and awesome 3-D, the wicked infinite floors on houses! Just too many better things to count! Here's a lay out of the game:

Game Play
OK so it is a bit more confusing than the original Sims. But there has been a lot more better things added to give the game the better replay value and fun factor! Very pleasing to see.

Life Span
Like the original Sims, there is no life span. There is something like thirty lots/houses on each area. So there is virtually no life span. As long as your creativity goes!

Music
They finally changed the music! Good solid music now and a lot more hip. A very pleasent change as in the original, the sound was annoying.

Sounds
As being a 2004 game, the sounds are not that pleasing. Sure they are more solid than the orignial sims but they still don't sound real enough. Sound improvement would make the game a lot better.

Replay Value
Over and over! This is the type of game that will have you playing it over and over again! However the Sims 2, like the original can get slightly boring at times.

Fun factor
If you like to have fun in games then this is definitely the game for you! With stacks of new objects such as the remote control car, the Sims 2 is a game that will have you laughing.

The two best new features!
- Third dimensional all round!
- Having as much floors on a house as you want!

overall mark

Lifespan: 10/10
Music: 8/10
Sounds:6/10
Replay value: 10/10

rent or buy?
Buy without a doubt. It is a lot more exciting than the original Sims, making it a better game.

Closing thought
A very nice game. Maxis obviously saw the flaws in the original Sims and boosted up a new game that changed the world of the sims. This is a masterpiece game and like the tagline says;

Incredible! Maxis have done it again!
