UPDATE & REVISION HISTORY

Jul. 13th, 2005
- Removed contact information, due to a lack of interest not only in this
game, but gaming in general. Sorry, but support for this game, in all forms,
has been stopped. Please check other FAQs or websites for info on the game.

Sep. 7th, 2004
- Finally updated my copyright information. Websites are now free to use this,
and other guides of mine, without asking for permission beforehand, just as
long as the content isn't changed and it's not passed off as your own work.

Sep. 4th, 2004
- Finally got around to updating this FAQ, as well as my others, with the newer
  layout/copyright/contact stuff I recently changed.

Jul. 5th, 2004 (Final)
- Registered a new domain name, so I wanted to change my FAQs so people know
where to find them (outside of GameFAQs, of course). Added new section to
  "Other FAQs Written".

Apr. 10th, 2004 (v1.01)
- Needed to update my contact information, so I did this for all of my FAQs.
I ran a spellcheck, and went through the guide by hand so I could try to find
any errors and fix them. Yes, I'm anal that way.

Mar. 17th, 2004 (0.2)
- Added new section; "Game Vitals". If you are a parent, or just someone who
is concerned about the game content, check this section. It can be found at
  the end of the guide.

Mar. 15th, 2004
- Changed the look of the "Other FAQs Written" section again, because the last
changed I made look terrible. One of these days I'll find one that makes me
happy! Shaved off a bit of excess text.

Mar. 14th, 2004
- Changed the order of the FAQ vitals at the top of FAQ; altered the look of
  the "Contact Information" section.Mar. 11th, 2004
- Changed the layout of the "Other FAQs Written" section.

Mar. 9th, 2004
- Changed ASCII to something more readable.

Mar. 5th, 2004
- Updated contact information; added ASCII art. Re-did the layout, again, so
that all the copyright, contact and miscellaneous stuff is at the bottom of
  the FAQ.

Mar. 4th, 2004
- Started and finished guide.

| [1] Guide Introduction |
|-----------------------------------------------------------------------------|

This guide is a complete listing of every object available in SimCity 4, as
well as those that were added in the Rush Hour expansion pack. I've also
documented the objects you can download from the SimCity official website. Why
do I do object/song guides? I don't know; I think they're fun and a good way
of showing off what items a game has.

All content is taken from in-game, except for "Notes", which is a note I have
written regarding that particular object.

Some objects appear multiple times. For example, you can build the House of
Worship three times. In cases like this, I only listed the object once.

This FAQ covers the original objects found in SimCity 4, as well as those added
in the Rush Hour expansion and downloadable objects from the official website.

Toxic Waste Dump

Footprint : 4x4

Description : Your city gets a fat paycheck in return for taking health
                     risks.

Notes:
While the $400 may be a good enough reason to place the plant, I suggest you
don't, because your city's health level will drop considerably over the next
few years.

********************

Missile Range
Cost to build : FREE (Reward structure)
Monthly income : $450
Footprint : 4x4

Description : Remember, accidents do happen.

Notes:
The description doesn't lie; every so often, a missile will go off course, and
it can wind up destroying a good sized chunk of your city. Over twenty years,
I only had two missiles go off course, and only one of them hit anything, so I
would still suggest accepting this building if you get it.

********************

Army Base
Cost to build : FREE (Reward structure)
Monthly income : $350

                     city.

Notes:
The $350 isn't high enough for you to place this. It causes pollution, noise,
and nobody wants to live next to it. It also makes your water pollution levels
rise fast.

                     elements of Sim life.

Notes:
From what I've seen, the crime increase isn't much, so it's well worth it to
build the casino. Place it far enough way so people won't mind, but not far
enough that it takes forever to get there.
