Make Money and have all fences fixed
First, do the $+Shift cheat. Do it the necesarry times needed. Now, take a male (males are fat, females are skinny) and name him Bob V. This will fix ALL broken fences.

Secrets
Additional Money
When you use the shift+4 method to get an extra $10,000, be aware that a section of fence will be destroyed, which will allow an animal to escape. Because you can use this method multiple times, you could end up destroying all of your fences. There are 2 ways around this. First, use shift+4 to get as much money as you'll need before you build any exhibits: that way, there are no fences to destroy. Second, pick up a maintainence worker beforehand, then place him next to the broken section of fence when it appears: that way, he'll probably fix it before the animal escapes.

Additional Money
This requires you to do some file editing, but it's very easy. Open the zoo.ini in your Zoo Tycoon directory with notepad or a similar text editor. Find the line that says ''MSMaxCash''. Change the figure next to it to whatever you want. This will change the maximum amount of money you can choose from when you start a zoo in the sandbox mode, for example

Developer Mode
If you have one of the BETA versions, hit Ctrl-D to access the Developer Mode. It will allow you to move zoo entrances and fences, add odd buildings, and even add vehicles. Remember, this only works in the BETA builds of Zoo Tycoon. I tried it with the full version, and it didn't work.

Easy Scenario Money
To get lots of money in a scenario go around bulldozing trees. You will GET money for doing this, and you can make $50,000 on some of the scenario's.

Make Trees or Grid Disappear/Appear
By pressing CRTL + F, you can make all trees in your zoo ''disappear'' (they still exist, they are just invisible for building purposes). Select CRTL + F again to make them reappear
