I am playing the demo of this game and am thinking of buying the game but I need to understand the game play. I played the New York Tutorial with no real problem. I am trying to play the Pennsylvania scenario. Now I am having all kinds of problems. I keep finding a beaker symbol over the building that you use to order engines. This prevents me from ordering new engines.?
To anyone who have owned and played the game -- is there an explanation for this either in the game or in the manual????
