How do I get to Malaysia in GMS?

I know how to get to the Singapore region, but i got lost on how to get to the malaysia area. How do i get there?

When you arrive in Singapore, there is a lady in Black behind a taxi at the top on the left side of the town. Talk to her and you'll have to pay a fee of 1,000 or 10,000 mesos to travel to specific areas of Malaysia.
