Power Rangers?

In the Forbidden Units/Tech editor, under Units, I saw one unit labeled "PowerRanger"

How did that get there and where are they? (if they're even in the game)

There are actually a whole bunch of units like that, including a flying lamb thingie and a monster truck. Build a unit and use the "Delete and Replace" utilty. You should be able to use it to spawn anything wierd.
