    This is a complete guide for Worms 4 Mayhem. This guide was written using the
    XBOX version of the game but it should be compatible with the PS2 and PC
    versions.
    
    This guide is copyright 2005 to Edward Kearney please do not copy anything from

    Key:
    1st         - Fire in first person mode.
    Sky         - Fire from birds-eye view.
    Charge      - Hold down the fire button to charge up shot.
    Homing      - Locks on to selected target
    Zoom        - Can be zoomed in with Y and zoomed out with B
    Wind        - Allow for wind.
    Poison      - Poisons the enemy (lose 10 health per turn)
    Fuse        - Change fuse length with WHITE button (1-5 seconds)
    Impact      - Explodes on impact
    Rest        - Explodes when stationary
    Cluster (x) - Explodes in to x number of clusters
    Strike (x)  - Drops x number of bombs from the air
    Control     - The weapon can be controlled by the player after firing

    ICARUS POTION      |Press A to drink the magic potion and then fly by tapping
                       |the jump button. You need to keep a good rhythm!

    GIRDER             |Place a girder near your current location. User the left
                       |thumbstick to move around Use L to raise and R to lower

    BUBBLE TROUBLE     |Place a impenetrable bubble on the ground for your worms
                       |to hide in. No weapon can penetrate the bubble but any
                       |worm can just walk in.

                       |timer to finish

    WORM SELECT        |Select another worm to use. Press Y to change worm and A

    A Health crate is a purple crate with a red cross on every side. If you collect
    it your worm will receive extra health. You will either get 25, 50, 75 or 100
    health depending on the game style you are using.

    - 2.4.2 Mystery Crate --------
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    
    A Mystery Crate is a brown crate with a red question mark on every side. If you
    collect a mystery crate you will get one of the following random effects:
    
    Barrel 'o' Laughs  - A random barrel will explode.
    
    Big Guns           - You will recieve one of the following weapons:
                         Concrete Donkey/Fatkins Strike/Alien Abduction/Bovine Blitz
    
    Bring on the Mines - A random number of mines are dropped randomly on the map
                         (works as if the mine factory fired off this turn)
    
    Damage Incoming    - Your worm receives 25 damage and your turn ends
    
    Global Warming     - It starts to rain and the water rises equivilant to one use
                         of a FLOOD weapon
    
    Hyperactive        - Your worm will be able to move really fast (watch out for
                         mines!)
    
    Medical Insurance  - Your worm receives an extra 25 health
    
    Random Detonation  - A random mine detonates on the map
    
    Reposition Worm    - Your worm will be moved to a different random location on
                         the map
    
    Sabotage Inventory - A random weapon is taken from your inventory
    
    Sick it to Them!   - All of theworms on all of the other teams will be poisoned
    
    Super Health       - Your worm recieves an extra 100 health
    
    Team Disease       - All of your team will be poisoned

    A Utility Crate is a purple suitcase. If you collect a Utility Crate you will
    get one of the following random utilities:
    
    Armour         - Your worm will get protective armour. This will cause all
                     weapons to do less damage to this worm
    
    Bubble Trouble - One Bubble Trouble will be added to your inventory (depends on
                     game settings)
    
    Crate Spy      - Every Crate will display its contents to you. Use blimp view to
                     find all of the best crates to snatch
    
    Double Damage  - Any damage you deal out this turn will have twice the effect
    
    Extended Time  - You will get extra time to move your worm this turn (Max 99
                     seconds)
    
    Girder         - One Girder will be added to your inventory (depends on game
                     settings)
    
    Icarus Potion  - One Icarus Potion will be added to your inventory (depends on
                     game settings)
    
    Jet Pack       - One Jet Pack will be added to your inventory (depends on game
                     settings)
    
    Moon Physics   - Low Gravity is turned on for this turn. You can jump higher and
                     explosions will cause enemies to go flying further than usual

    All of the walkthroughs below are designed to get the time bonus on each level
    don't hang around between turns or you'll never get them!

    Step 1:
    
    Walk in to the diner with your first worm and shotgun the TNT next to
    SPARKIE (on the left as you come in the door). With the other shotgun blast take
    out the TNT next to BRICKIE.
    
    Step 2:
    
    With your second turn use a Worm Select to change back to your first worm who is
    in the diner. Equip the Jetpack and fly up to CHIPPIE and shoot the TNT next to
    him with a Shotgun. With the second shot shoot the TNT on the floor next to
    PLUMBIE.

    Step 1:
    
    With your first worm head up the wooden ramps on to the partially constructed
    road and collect the first saw. Carry on and collect the second saw and then the
    the third in front of the digger. Enemy worms will now show up and your turn
    ends.
    
    Step 2:
    
    Use a Worm Select and select your first worm again. Collect the Weapon crate and
    then the Utility Crate. Use one of the girders you have just collected to bridge
    the gap and collect the fourth and fifth saws. Head up the ramp and collect
    the Weapon Crate then up the second ramp and collect the Utility Crate.
    
    Step 3:
    
    Use a Worm Select and select your first worm again.  Use the parachute to get
    across to the platform with JIGSAW JEGG on it. Collect the sixth saw and then
    equip another parachute. Do a double jump across to the next platform and open
    your parachute at the top of the jump to make it across. Head up the ramp and
    collect the seventh saw.
    
    Step 4:
    
    Use a Worm Select and select your first worm again. Head up the ramp and collect
    the Weapon crate and use a girder to get on to the highest piece of road.
    Collect the eigth and final saw.

    Step 1:
    
    Collect the Weapon Crate and blow up the digger in from of you with dynamite.
    
    Step 2:
    
    Collect the  weapon crate that drops down and cross the wooden plank bridge
    behind the digger you just blew up. Drop another stick of dynamite on this
    digger.
    
    Step 3:
    
    Collect the same Weapon Crate again and head towards the other crate in
    the middle of the port. Collect it and keep heading across the platforms. When
    you get to the other side climb up the steps and blow up the digger in front of
    you with dynamite. When it blows up some enemy worms appear.
    
    Step 4:
    
    Head into the building where all of the crates just appeared and collect them
    all. Use the airstrike you just collected to blow the two enemy worms up. You
    need to aim so it hits GUARD GEOFF first.

    collect the Utility Crate. Parachute down to the platform and collect the second

    Drop a Holy Hand Grenade next to AGENT DIMOND.

    Release a Sheep in the direction of AGENT ASTON.
    
    Step 6:
    
    Hit the dynamite hanging from the left of the building with a bazooka.
    
    Step 7:
    
    Hit the dynamite hanging from the right of the building with a bazooka.

    Hit the dynamite in the middle of the building with a bazooka.
    
    Step 9:
    
    Jet Pack up to the top of the building and destroy the last piece of dynamite

    the ramp and collect the second health crate. Go around the corner and shoot
    ROYAL ARCHER with a bazooka.

    With your second worm go into the castle climb the ramp turn around and shoot
    ROYAL ARCHER with a bazooka.
    
    Step 3:
    
    Use a worm select and change to your second worm. Shoot the other ROYAL ARCHER
    at the castle gates with a bazooka.
    
    Step 4:
    
    Use a Worm Select to get to the worm highest up the tower. Carry on up the steps
    collect the Utility Crate and shoot ROYAL ARCHER with a bazooka.
    
    The STORM WIZARD will now turn up with his ROYAL KNIGHTs.
    
    Step 5:
    
    Use a Worm Select and select the worm highest up the tower. Place a girder in
    front of you and slightly above you. Jump on to it and shoot the ROYAL KNIGHT
    with a bazooka.
    
    Step 6:
    
    Use a Worm Select and select the worm highest up the tower. Place a girder to
    the side of you and slightly above you. Jump on to it and and shoot the ROYAL
    KNIGHT with a bazooka.
    
    Step 7:
    
    Use a Worm Select and select the worm highest up the tower. Place a girder to
    the side of you and slightly above you. Jump on to it. Use a Worm Select and
    select the worm second highest up the tower. Use a bazooka to take out the
    remaining ROYAL KNIGHT.
    
    Step 8:
    
    Use a Worm Select and select the worm highest up the tower. Place a girder in
    front of you and slightly above you. You should now be able to reach the STORM
    WIZARD. Go right up to him and drop a stick of dynamite in his lap. Move out of
    the blast radius but don't fall back down to the bottom.
    
    Step 9:
    
    Use a Worm Select and select the worm highest up the tower. Walk towards the
    cage with the time-machine piece in it and place a girder beween the tower and
    the cage. Jump on to the girder and into the cage. Collect the time-machine
    piece.

    Turn right then move forward and take out the wind machine part on the right
    with a bazooka.
    
    APPRENTICE DENNIS appears floating on a cloud.
    
    Step 2:
    
    Make sure the tree is between you and APPRENTICE DENNIS and shoot the wind
    machine part on the left hand side with a bazooka.
    
    APPRENTICE TAPPER appears floating on a cloud.
    
    Step 3:
    
    Shoot APPRENTICE TAPPER off his little cloud with a bazooka. Hide behind the
    tree again.
    
    Step 4:
    
    Move towards APPRENTICE DENNIS and shoot him off his cloud with a bazooka. Watch
    out for the wind.
    
    Step 5:

    Select Create a Style from the customise menu and you will be prompted with a
    choice of creating a new style from scratch or basing it on an existing style.
    If you base it on an existing style you can get access to features not usually
    accessible. For example select the KITCHEN SINK style as the template and you
    will have access to all of the weapons. Regardless of the style you base yours
    on you can only modify the settings listed in the next section.

                             How many rounds the game will last before a winner is

                             How long you get to move each worm before your turn
                             ends. Your turn will end early when you use a weapon.
    
    Round Time:              0-30 MINUTES
    
                             How long each round lasts before sudden death starts.
                             Setting the time to 0 invokes Sudden Death instantly.
    
    Worm Health:             50-200 (IN INCREMENTS OF 50)
    
                             How much health each worm starts with.
    
    Worm Select:             YES/NO
    
                             Whether you can select which worm to move at the
                             beginning of each turn (Use Y to change worms).
    
    Sudden Death:            1 HEALTH/RAISE WATER/DRAW ROUND
    
                             Choose what happens when the round time runs out.
                             Either all worms go down to 1 health, the water start
                             to rise or the round ends in a draw.
    
    Water Rise Speed:        SLOW/MEDIUM/FAST
    
                             Change the speed at which the water rises if you have
                             selected RAISE WATER as the mode of Sudden Death.
    
    Wind:                    OFF/MEDIUM/FULL
    
                             Change how fast the wind blows or turn it off.
    
    Telepads:                YES/NO
    
                             Enables or disables Telepads in the game type. Telepads
                             can only be used once in a turn. If you leave a worm
                             standing on a telepad at the end of the turn it will be
                             teleported on every turn until it is moved.
    
    Mine Factory:            YES/NO
    
                             Enables or disables a mine factory which will fire a
                             random number of mines into the air at random. Fun for
                             unexpected carnage. This can also be activated by a
                             Mystery Crate.
    
    Mine Fuse:               RANDOM/0-5 SECONDS
    
                             Choose whether mines have a set fuse, no fuse or a
                             random timed fuse.

                             You can adjust the balance between the four types of
                             crate that will appear every turn. As you adjust one
                             crate the factors of the other crates will adjust
                             themselves accordingly.
    
    
    Health Crate Amount:     25/50/75/100 POINTS
    
                             Select the amount of health that will be received when
                             a health crate is picked up. Health Crates also cure
                             your worm of poison.
    
    
    Land Objects:            NONE/MINES/OIL DRUMS/FULL
    
                             Select whether you want mines and oil drums on the
                             terrain.
    
    
    Stockpiling:             ADDITIVE/LIMITED/NORMAL
    
                             Select how you want each players inventory to carry
                             over between rounds.
                             ADDITIVE means you keep all the weapons you didn't lose
                             over to the next round.
                             LIMITED means you only have one set of weapons for
                             *every* round.
                             NORMAL means that you get the same weapon set every
                             turn.
    
    
    Artillery Mode:          YES/NO
    
                             With artillery mode on you cannot move any of your
                             worms.
    
    
    Retreat Time:            0/3/5/10 SECONDS
    
                             How long you get to retreat from an attack after firing
                             a weapon. You cannot retreat after using an air strike

                             Whether your worms receive damage after falling from a

    If the guage in the bottom left of the screen goes into the red and starts
    smoking then you will not be able to save your weapon. Try turning down a few of

                             same way the Holy Hand Grenade works. IMPACT will cause

    Tips for getting some trophies

    The best way to get these is to start a multiplayer game and move the worms into
    the position that you want.
    
    4 Bagger         - Use a holy hand grenade on 4 worms with low health that are
                       standing next to each other
    
    Big Blast        - Knock 2 worms with 250 health into the water with an
                       airstrike
    
    Magic Bullet     - Shoot two worms with lesss than 10 health with one shot and
                       then another worm with less than 25 health with the other
    
    The Beast Within - Use a sheep on three worms with low heath standing next to
                       eachother
    
    3 Bagger         - Use a holy hand grenade on 4 worms with low health that are
