What gets carried over when you complete the game?

When you complete the game each time on Diablo 3 what exactly gets carried over if you play it over and over again?

Basically, if I play as one character and get them to lvl 60, and if I start the game all over again with another character, is your lvl 60 character there forever and can play with them whenever?

Your level/skill choice/gear/inventory/followers,lore, Blacksmith level, Jewel crafter level, gold.

On new characters only your Gold, Stash the Blacksmith lvl and the Jewel crafter lvl carry over

Yes. Even if you start a new toon, your others will be there for you to use when ever you wish. Unless you delete them

Between the same character on different difficulty levels, more or less everything. Your level/skill choice/gear/inventory/followers, even lore. On different characters (and on the same characters at higher difficulty), you share stash and gold.

Note, that if you start a hardcore toon, you start COMPLETELY over.
