How can i transfer or give my equipment, weapon, or items to my other characters?

Please help me. i got magical weapons for other jobs. but i can't give it to my other characters.

Put the gear in your stash and then grab from there with another character. I believe Hardcore characters have their own stash and cannot be shared with normal characters.
