    Celestial skills can be acquired by Kuunavang. You will not get to keep these
    skills permanently; you can only use them for a certain area/mission. These
    skills are used like a Resurrection Signet - they can only be used once until
    a boss it killed.
    
    When fighting Shiro Tagachi, he will summon minions to help aid him in battle.
    When one of these is killed, it will act like a boss and recharge all of the
    party's Celestial skills.
