Can we buy clothes? if we can,WHERE?

My son outfit is terrible! (The Sims 3)

You don't need to buy any more clothes in the game. Just go to a dress and then select "Plan Outfit," and that takes you to all the available clothing in the game and allows you to select from anything.

No, you cannot currently buy clothes. You can make new outfits using a dresser, though.
