How can I fly a plane?

I've heard and seen that you can look over your city with a plane but I can't find ANY way to fly a plane. Does anyone know how? I also saw a producer walkthrough movie online and I can swear I saw her tilt the game camera so you can see straight ahead, but when I bought the game, you can barely see ANYTHING straight ahead. Is there anthing I'm missing?

Never mind the camera thing, I figured it out.

As far as I know you can't do that. The camera in SC:S is not the best setup.
