Why don't i have a willowengine.ini file for borderlands?

I recently came across this post that showed how to help stop my lag that had to do with borderlands hence the willowengine.ini file. I cant find that file anywhere in the borderlands installation folder

Answer

It should be in your My Documents > My games > Borderlands >WillowGame > Config folder.
