Why can't I connect to a game?

I ticketed two day ago but I haven't gotten any news so I was wondering why it won't connect. It says "in game" but then gives an error message : "Cannot connect to game, please try again." Sometimes, I don't even get the message it just keeps me in the game lobby. I haven't seen anything OTHER than the lobby and the modification pages! I just want to play this game :P
Please help :)

This is what I did to fix it. Uninstall it, (Probably not needed but Im telling you exactly what I did) then I went back to the same page where I uninstalled it and looked around for other downloads. There was a download for DirecetX V9.0 so I got it. Then I reinstalled the game and I could go into a game.
So in short you probably need DirectX9.

I was told this game only works in North America ... I guess Euro trash like me is not worthy.

U probably downloaded the wrong file did download exe or rar ? rar is a private/test server exe is the game and sea is south east asia.

Well the weird thing was after I installed DirectX9 I played two games and left. When I came back I had the same problem. I looked around and realized I had firewall on.
