They will email you (check to make sure that the email is not from any hackers - a lot of scams going about apparently). Not to give you (and myself) false hope, but this September marks a series of beta-testing weekends that BioWare will be setting up for those signed up for beta-testing. There are still no guarantees that you will be picked, but they're looking for more testers than during previous tests, and, if said beta-testing goes well, they shouldn't have any issues with holding back on a final release date.
