What happens when you get every OCD?

if I get OCD on every level in the game, is there some sort of reward?

You unlock the steam achievement for getting all OCD.

There is no reward for getting OCD on every level, in fact you don't even get a confirmation message.

Other than the standard OCD message for the particular level you completed it in last, the game has no reaction to you obtaining every OCD flag.
