Just plant as many sunflow first, about 5-7 of them pogo zomb will come, use squash on the back row, use imitater squash for the next then plant a tall-nut when they show up on one row, and a cabbage-pult behind'em, exchange the cab-pults to melon pults, place tall-nut in front of other tall-nut until 3, then remove the TALL-NUT and change to melon-pults or magnet-shroom, Easy if i say so my self
Note: since magnet-shroom are expensiver (175 sun) i prefer tall-nut (125 sun) DO NOT use potato mine or chomper, they're useless in this level

That mini-game is just hard to start, but once you're going it's pretty easy. First you'll need roof-cleaners. Then just start building as normal and ignore the zombies - since they jump over your plants they won't even bother to eat them. When they reach the end, the cleaner kills them. Then you put a tall-nut (they can't jump over it) for that row. Should be easy after that.
Have this seed slot. Sunflower, Flower Pot, Tall Nut, Melon Pult, Winter Melon Pult, Japaleno, Imitator Tall Nut and Pumpkin (optional). Start with a sunflower in each row and an extra row of pots. Wait until all the roof cleaners are gone. Put a Tall Nut on the fourth column when a Pogo passes. Once there is a tall nut in the whole column put Melon - pults in. Use japalenos in emergencies. Upgrade a melon pult in each row into a Winter Melon. Replace "crying" Tall Nuts with fresh ones if affordable. Good Luck!!!
The key is to have magnet shrooms to get rid of the pogosticks. Place the magnets around the fifth column in pumpkins and the level should be a piece of cake.
Plant sunflowers then upgrade it to twin sunflowers. While you collect sun buy a tall nut and put them in the side(where the zombies came from). When you put your tall nut in the side, then plant a chomper or a cabbage pult,melon-pult and whatsoever.
Note:Potato mine IS useless but if you did put the chomper before the tall nut,you can pass the level.
Warning:Do not use pots for blocking.
Tip:If you are so slow to get sun, plant sunflowers at 2 collumn and make them twin sunflowers.
Best way is to have first three columns on left Sunflowers or two columns of double sunflowers. This will allow you to get suns and build faster. In middle of column just before roof flattens out put a magnet. This should take the pogosticks of the first few zombies allowing you more time to build. Then either put tallnuts with chompers on right side or Plan B. Plan B is to put a column of starfruit in pumpkins one right of first flattened column. To right of that put magnets in pumpkins for whole column. Column before roof flattens is Snow Pea, empty pot, Snow pea (if have other magnets up) empty pot, Snow Pea. First flattened column put starfruit, snowpea, starfruit, snowpea, starfruit. Some time before last flag put umbrella plants in empty pots so bungee zombies can't drop other zombies in middle of roof. Rightmost columns should have pumpkins or imitator pumpkins. The snowpeas will slow the zombies, the starfruit will shred them and can shoot any zombie that passes them, and the magnets will steal the pogosticks. After bulking up on suns could put column of cornpults or watermelon pults in third to left column for extra damage and in case a zombie manages to get past starfruit or handle zombies dropped by bungee zombies.
