How do i kick player?
Can i kick player directly or do i have to call for a vote? Cause i'm a newbie playing vs with my friends. Expert always join our game and refuse to leave when we ask them to. When i call for a vote, the vote always fail as there is only 2 people on the team. Please help.

Is that the only way?Cause i was kick by other player in left 4 dead 1 without call for a vote. So is there really no other ways to kick people?
