Steam Achievements on Retail Version?

I bought the retail version of this game. I put a shortcut in steam, but it doesn't let me have achievements. Is there any way to properly import the game to Steam, and not just have a shortcut on it?

To get the steam achievements, you have to buy the game from steam.
