How do you unlock new shoes?

hey, I got 50% of the achivements but I only have 2 of all the shoes available, how do I unlock the rest?

I don't see any achivements that mention shoes... I really like to use those adizero :P

1. Make online debut (black)
2. Get a club promoted in be a pro / manager mode(white)
3. Win consecutive leagues in be a pro/ manager(Blue)
4. Play 25 online matches(Red)
%. Represent any pro club 50 times(all other boots)
