Why wont the DLC work?

Ive installed all the dlc and it gave me 2 signature items, ive gotten every character except sebastian and still have seen no dlc, i removed the exiled prince and black emporium and it said i couldnt load my game because i didnt have the dlc installed so i reinstalled it and still see no dlc

There is no mail and when i got to kirkwall never saw anything with sebastian or quest but it still wont.?

Check the "Downloadable Content" on the main menu, if its there and authorized/verified then your good to go....another thing if you go to your "estate" and there`s a dog then its installed....

Did you check your desk at home? Unless you read the letters about the DLC you cant access them even once they are installed.

You get the quest for Sebastian, the first part anyways in the first Act right after you get to Kirkwall. He doesn't actually join the party until after the deep roads. The black emporium you get after you read the letter at your desk.
