What is the command for extra weapons?

The one from the first game doesn't work...

Actually Portal 2 is still based on the Source engine, albeit an upgraded one. But yeah you can't spawn HL2 assets with Portal 2.

Answer

The first game was built off of Half Life 2's engine, and so HL2's inventory was there in the code.

Portal 2 was an original game, built from scratch. The other stuff doesn't exist in this game, so you can't get at it. Sorry!
