No. It does not. Wi-Fi started way after this game came out so no.

statusIt has an Ad Hoc mode where you can hook up with a nearby player, but unlike Spirit Caller, you can't hook up and play people online. So... no.

Sadly, no. You should get Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008.
