Does Gulliver exists in ACWW also? I never seen him! I always check around the beach.
gulliver comes in the sky!!! U must be mistaken for pascal, and pascal does come. if you do mean gulliver( and this is after you shoot him out the sky) he is usually around the town hall. NOTE: this is a result for the town i have!!! check anywhere!!!
Who the HECK is Gulliver coz I have had the game for about a month and I have never seen someone who is a visitor called Gulliver!

He will come in any weather, and for those who don't know, Gulliver is a pelican, that appears after you shoot down the UFO.

The ufo came when it was very cloudy.The fortune teller and Parcal come when it was snowing.And the others came when it was raining...But pete.
Yes, anybody can come when it's raining or snowing.
