If you are having trouble getting online, your wireless signal may be poor or non-existant, or the signal may be encrypted. You can ask your internet provider for help, and they might not laugh at you.
You put in the correct codes from the router, right?
Well, what I would do is this:
1.Make sure you put in the WEP(Wired Equivalent Privacy) key into your DS exactly how you see it.
2. Make sure that no other signals are interfering with your connection.
3. Make sure that you have AT LEAST two bars on your DS.
If none of these tips help, I would say that it is probably a glitch and you're out of luck.
