I want to know if you can unlock both of the R.O.B.s in the games. If not, how do you unlock them?
R.O.B. (Robotic Operating Buddy, a peripheral that was used with certain games for the NES) can be unlocked in this game (Mario Kart DS).
R.O.B. 64 (assuming you mean the R.O.B. from Star Fox 64) is an entirely seperate R.O.B. and can <B>not</B> be unlocked in this (or any other) Mario Kart game.

statusYou can't unlock ROB in Mario Kart 64.
And if you want to know how to unlock ROB, you have to finish either mirror cups in the Nitro cup or the Retro cup.
