The Urbz: Sims in the City

Asked on: 6/5 10:26PMCompleted all tasks available on Mission 3, except Goal #6 is still locked.
Last goal completed was #2 (Factory - beat Dusty, convince Polly) and Polly told me to go back and talk to Lily Gates. But I can't get her to come to my brownstone, when she says she's around Sim Quarter I can't find her, and otherwise - she's at the King Tower...which I can't get to yet!!
Now what!?
I did notice that instead of turning away Daddy Bigbucks & Lily during Goal #3....I turned away Daddy Bigbucks and Darius.
Did I need to complete the Goals in order??
Lily Gates often stands on the pier. Walk down the pier and take the first left - you'll probably see her just a little ways down that part of the pier. Also, she visits Club Xizzle regularly - she always stands on the left side of the dance floor, so it's easy to just pop in and check if she's there. If you check every 4 or 5 hours, you'll find her there within a day or two. (I believe she goes every other day.) And you don't need to complete the goals in order - you can do them whenever they're available!
