It's hard, but the main skill you need to master is the gel/stabalizer technique. While you have enough lacerations on screen where vitals aren't nearly as bad as they could be, you take steps to eliminate the kyriaki at the same time. for example, as soon as they appear ultrasound all 3 of them and use the scalpel to reveal them, afterwards spam the patient with gel and stabliize while the lacerations stop bleeding for a little while. At the same time you should be slightly overloading the game so it starts to lag a lttle, lag is good. while you stablize vitals for a breif second, quickly proceed by lasering each GUILT for a split seccond and continue to alternate between spamming gel and injecting stablizer. So in other words, you need to alternate between gel/stablizing and doing steps in the treatment of the GUILT or suturing lacerations. If you feel overwhellemd at any point, especially the opening right after suturing the initial lacerations, use the healing touch if you need it. Again, going to take MAJOR practice, but you will get it in time with that method. (Even to the point you could easily S rank it.)
