How do you get make 8-5 and 7-2 a star panel ?

statusSame way you make every level a star panel: by collecting all of the hidden items on it (either puzzle pieces, music notes, or mini-game levels).
You'll know there's a hidden item nearby when a noise triggers and an exclamation mark appears near Peach on the touch screen as soon as you enter an area.
