My step brother's friend gave him a cheat to have a million dollars but its been awhile, so he forgot it. Does anyone else know the cheat?

statusNo, you have to use a Action Replay or another external cheating device. There are not cheats in Nintendogs to get a million dollars.

No, but an easy way to get money is the agility course competitions. Get as many dogs as you want and do it 3 times a day with all, great money there.
