any suggestion?
Just keep saying your dogs's name so that they can get used to hearing it. You need to make sure you say it the same way as when you taught them it though, it won't respond if you don't.

Yeah, I remember I had that problem once. You need to call your dog's name and have it understand you multiple times before you can move on. Remember to try and say your dog's name the same way for the best effect. So rest assured that it is not a glitch; you just need to successfully say your dog's name again and again until your dog has actually learned it.
If you get your dog over to you and call it by name and it barks it means that it knows it name and keep repting
